Do you provide updates to the dashboard / software?

Yes, we are continously adding new features and improving existing features, this is all part of the subscription. You never have to pay for updates or new features that are covered in your plan!

What is the minimum subscription period?

There is no minimum contract or period of subscribing, however our billing works monthly or yearly. You can pay for just a month or for a year in full. Our full year subscriptions are discounted to save you extra.

What are the on-going costs?

You only ever pay a monthly / yearly subscription fee. Thats it. Check out our pricing plans here.

How secure is the data on Zulu?

We host all content within our New Zealand server. Our server is provided by Umbrellar. Our sever is backed up daily with backup logs of up to 7 days. All data is accessible only via an authorised user in your account via username and password. Our passwords are encrypted for extra security.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we will refund the FULL amount of your subscription within 30 days of subscribing! We think you'll find Zulu a very helpful tool, however if you don't think it is, we are happy to refund you. Our goal is to improve your business and if our system does not help, then at minimum we will refund you!
